I have to say that I am a little disappointed in the recent customer service at Root Whole Body. I scheduled a pregnancy massage and had to cancel it same day and I rescheduled for two days later. They charged me the late cancellation fee but then when I came in I overheard the receptionist allow someone else to cancel their massage the same day without charging them. I have had massage other places where there is more compassion and understanding and where, I think, they don't only care about your $$. When I mentioned this to other friends, two mentioned that they also feel as though they are just a dollar sign.
Pros: Good Massage Therapists
Cons: Do they really care about us?
