I had purchased a 5-session gift pack for my wife and on her 2nd visit, I decided to go with my wife to get a facial done. We were in separate rooms but they assigned one technician for the both of us. So she was constantly going back and forth between the two of us. She barely spent more than a full 30 minutes with me and another 30 minutes on her. We were paying for 2 sessions mind you. Then the technician talks to my wife in the other room asking her if I need any extra treatment on my weather ravaged face...and she tells the tech that it's up to me. When the tech comes back to my room, she says my wife told her to give me give me an extra cleansing (I think it was some type of acid wash). I didn't think anything of it and thought it was part of the normal routine so I let her do it...all it was was some lotion or cream she slathered on my face and left to sit for 5-10 minutes. When all was done and we went to pay, we were charged for 3 sessions!?! I asked why 3 and they said I got the extra cleansing done which cost an additional $50. I didn't say anything since I thought my wife was aware of it so we paid for it and left. When we talked about how it was such a rip off, she asked me why I went for it and that's when I told her the tech told me you requested it for me. We both were pretty pissed that we got ripped off by a shady technician who played both of us...and got a $20 tip on top of it. My wife has one more session to go but after that, we'll never step foot in this spa again. Pros: Clean environment Cons: Shady practices more
