The few times that I take my Cocker Spaniel in for a hair cut, it ends up being an $80 cut when their website says $43. They casually ask if you want their teeth brushed or an oatmeal bath. Those are EXTRA!!! At my other groomer, they are included in the initial fee. When your dog is dirty (from the dog park) they make it sound like they will turn you in to the SPCA for not taking care of your dog, and then lecture you on how to to be a good doggie parent. \r

I have also had to ask for them to cut her hair again, because they don't follow instructions. They will cut your dog's hair like THEY THINK it should be cut.\r

On top of this...they shaved my dog completely one day when I specifically asked for a ""cocker cut"". They told me there were too many mats in her hair when I brush my dog every day. \r

I am very unsatisfied and will not return. And you should find another groomer!!!
