They were scheduled to come out to look at an 8 year old Mitsubishi Big Screen. The service tech left a message the morning of the visit and asked me to call the office to confirm I would be there. I did call and talked to a girl in the office, who obviuosly did not call the tech. He didn't show up. I called at 5:00 and they said I didn't return the call. When I got mad and told them i did, they sent someone over right away.
