I would recommend avoiding Neblett Property Management at all costs. They are extremely slow in making repairs and they don't really seem to care all that much about the needs of their tenants. Additionally, this is hands-down the most disorganized company that I've ever had to deal with. They are constantly misplacing things (rent checks, maintenance requests, etc.) and their office receptionist is unbelievably rude. Whatever your dealings with them, BE SURE TO GET THINGS IN WRITING so that they can't try to make you pay a bunch of unnecessary charges later. I cannot emphasize this enough. It is also very difficult to get a hold of them. About half the times that I've tried to call them during regular business hours, the phone has just rang and rang with no answer. I don't understand how such an incompetent company has managed to stay in business for so long.
Pros: cheaper-than-average rent
Cons: disorganized, unprofessional, unresponsive
