We bought our engagement and wedding rings here and it was a great experience. Lilian helped us build the ring of our dreams (literally) and gave us a nearly unbelievable price. We never felt pressured at all, and Lilian's input and extensive jewerly knowledge and experience really helped spark our own creativity, and they were patient with a few changes we wanted to make to the finished product (at no charge). Overall it really was a great experience. Lilian's only in the store on Friday afternoons (she's worth the wait) but even when she wasn't there Shenoah helped us out a ton. There were a few hang-ups with some of the details of the groom's band, but nothing they couldn't handle. Really, I think you'll be most satisfied if you get your rings from Losee.
