Excellent Service 3/4/2014

My washing machine broke around 8am in the morning, by 11:30am Alex from Superior Appliance was at my house fixing my machine. Within an hour the machine was back up and working! I had priced washing machines while I was waiting and the price to fix the machine versus buying a new one was a no brainer. He was fast, affordable, genuinely friendly! I would recommend Superior Appliance Repair to any of my friends as well as call him immediately the next time one of my appliances breaks! more

FAST RESPONSIBLE GREAT SERVICE 2/26/2014

This is a great company. Made an appointment and Nat was at my door the next morning. In about twenty minutes he fixed the problem and was out the door. In the future I will definitely being using them for all my appliance repairs. more

SUPERIOR IS THE BEST!!!!!!! 2/19/2014

I came home from work and their was a slight smell of gas in the kitchen. I figured it was coming from the range as it is the only gas appliance. I gave a call to Superior Appliance Repair and they sent (Yidi) the range repair man right over. It turned out to be a gas leak. He shut off the gas and began his work. In no time he had repaired the leak and had the range working again. more

I give full credit to the technician from Superior Appliance that fixed my whirlpool washing machine that was not starting, he called me before he came, was very helpful fixed the machine, and cleaned up after the mess the work made, more

Most Recommended 8/21/2013

Turn around time was quick. I made the call around 4:40 p.m. one day, and the next day my washer was repaired by 11:00. The technicians were freindly and knowledgable. They did a good job at educating me and keeping me informed. Superior Appliance was by far the most affordable repair service I could find. I would recommend Superior Appliance to anyone, and WILL! more

Best in Appliance Repair 8/18/2013

The repair service for my washing machine was handled very well and everything was done asap. The technician that did the repair had excellant knowledge about the product and knew immediately what the problem was. The work was done and explained so that I could understand the problem and was I was also given information about how to take care of minor problems that may occur and how to prevent them. We were very pleased in our dealing's with Superior Appliance Repair and will keep them at the top of our list should we have the need to call for a repair on any of our other appliance's. Everyone that I talked to at Superior Appliance was very professional and helpful. more

I called Superior Appliance for my Sub Zero refrigerator repair service. Superior Appliance technicians were great! The person who answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for refrigerator repair service was clear and polite. The technician who came to repair my Sub Zero refrigerator was professional, nice and very competent. He was honest and gave me several tips how to pretend refrigerator repair. Great company! My washer stopped running on Monday and I'm the type of person who would rather fix my own things instead of calling a repair man. But this washer problem had me stumped so I called Superior Appliance Repair and the tech came out the next day and fixed it in 45 mins. It was something that I would of had no clue how to fix. Price was a relief 8/14/2013

I have a gas oven and the burner inside the oven quit working. Called Superior Appliance Repair. I thought it was going to be something serious and was hoping it would not be really expensive. The tech came over and found out it was just a block in the oven, probably just a piece of food or something. He charged mejust for the service call. Price was a relief more

Great Job Great Price 8/13/2013

I called Superior Appliance, and within a day they were at our house fixing the refrigerator. The house call was $102 and they had to do some repairs in addition to that cost. David was very knowledgeable and I felt confident he would do a great job. The problems have not persisted and it is doing better. He gave suggestions and asked for our help to limit cost. They were both very friendly and accommodating. I will be calling them with any future issues. more

John from Superior Appliance came to our house with passion for his job. We had a stove that didn't heat and I was amazed with only a few questions he knew just what the problem was. As a new homeowner, I wasn't sure who to call about my leaky fridge. When I called Superior Appliance the base price for a technician to come out was less than any company I called  The tech came on time, was super friendly, and knew what the problem was right away.  He ordered the part and fixed it a few days later. Like my wife said, clean, professional, courteous.  I recommend them, and I plan to call them again next time we have a need. more

He was able to confirm the diagnosis and schedule the part and repair the next day, even under very specific time pressures. The whole affair was quick, painless, and professional. The two service people, Alex and Yiddy were sensational. Very professional, informative and helpful. They knew the appliance they got right to work and explained every thing that was wrong. Alex and Yiddy gave good advice on how to keep my dryer in better operating condition. I cannot say enough nice things about these two gentlemen.
