THEY LOST OUR CAR. 3/9/2012

An employee left it outside with the keys in it! On top of that Dominic was a bit of a jerk - I had to convince him to stay and wait for the police to come, to file the police report. He wanted to go home at 6 - normal quitting time - to "eat dinner with his family". And then for the next few days he continued acting like a jerk toward us when they had f'ed up so badly! Our car was recovered by NYPD a week later with additional damage. I brought our car there because of all these rave reviews, makes me wonder if they're real or not. more

Don't be swayed by the 5 star reviews!!! 11/25/2009

Don't be swayed by the 5 star reviews this place is leaving for themselves to balance out the pitiful reviews they receive from ACTUAL CUSTOMERS. The only reason I'm even leaving one star is because citysearch doesn't let you leave zero! The sloppiness of their work is beyond words. They tried to return my car several times looking like some do it yourself weekend mechanic repaired it. Eventually I just got frustrated with all the time I was losing going back and forth and decided to take my car, chipping paint and all to another body shop and pay out of pocket. They absolutely SUCK! Pros: their ability to leave reviews for themselves Cons: too many to list more

SEA BREEZE RULES 10/16/2009

Sea Breeze is a great place to bring your car when you need work done. They are great people. The staff is professional, they care about what happened to you and your car and they have a great warranty. Everything gets taken care of for you. Sea Breeze even has rental cars in their building. When I walked into Sea Breeze, I was confident that they would take the best care of my car and they did. They kept me updated and my car looks great. Sea Breeze is real professional and the workers are nice, understanding and helpful. You get a "until you own the car" guarantee, so if you should have any problems they take good care of you. Best Place Ever 9/12/2009

They treated me like I was family. I went there through the insurance company and was nervous because of the accident. They made me feel comfortable, the car came out great. I had my car somewhere else and it was horrible, Sea Breeze even fixed that other side that was "fixed". I would recommend Sea Breeze to everyone. Pros: Workers are polite and very professional more

Seabreeze is BOGUS 8/30/2009

I was patronized and treated like royalty, I left my car and was promised the world, they did a halfass paint job, lied about doing work to the engine. I absolutely would not recommend this shop to my dead enemies step child. They are snakes in the grass. They blamed everything that went wrong on the insurance company. I asked them "Its my car, forget the insurance company, I'm driving, I pay for it not you and not them, Mr. Dom you should have called me, before you paint over scratches. And that is just one scenario, the list goes on and on. Do business with seabreeze at your own risk. Pros: NONE Cons: LIARS more
