An employee left it outside with the keys in it! On top of that Dominic was a bit of a jerk - I had to convince him to stay and wait for the police to come, to file the police report. He wanted to go home at 6 - normal quitting time - to "eat dinner with his family". And then for the next few days he continued acting like a jerk toward us when they had f'ed up so badly! Our car was recovered by NYPD a week later with additional damage. I brought our car there because of all these rave reviews, makes me wonder if they're real or not.
