One of the best breakdowns ever!! Recently I had my car towed back to the dealer for a warranty repair. I was very upset by this event. But to my rescue was one of the most\r polite and reassuring men that I ever had the pleasure of meeting. He assured me that all was fine and that these things happen, and all would be OK. Thank God for this company or I might have cried all the way home!! \r Like he said, thankfully it turned out to be something minor and all is right again. THANKS Quality for making my situation much better!! more

Can't believe this place. Wheel of my car was making a jingling sound so I brought it there. A guy with the name Anthony gave me this price list: Brake pads - $133 per unit, tie rods $78 per unit, shock assembly $90 per unit, LABOR $704 !!! Total price was $1242. Thankfully, I didn't fix anything but these bastards charged me $50 ""for diagnostics"". I took the car to my friend's friend, a mechanic. He spent 5 minutes disassembling the wheel and to my shock removed a rusty piece of car's exhaust cover that fell off and was making that sound!!! That's it!! I payed him $20. THIS PLACE WAS TRYING TO CHARGE ME $1200 FOR NOTHING! THE BIGGEST FRAUD IN MY LIFE! more

Recently, on my way to work (I'm a teacher), I got stuck with my vehicle due to ongoing transmission problems. I called my insurance company for a tow. At first they dispatched another tow company that not only arrived late, but also had the nerve to refuse to take my vehicle to the shop it was destined for. Long story short, I went through this ordeal for a full day.....back and forth with the tow company and my insurance company. I demanded another company and low and behold, Quality Automotive was there to save the day! They not only responded an hour earlier then their expected time, but they assisted me with genuine concern and a smile. THEY are the ones who made my long day way better. Dispatcher Lauren is the best and her ""Tow Guy"" Cory made life so much easier. They got my car to its destination ASAP. Very professional, very personable and very, very reliable. After a blown transmission, rain, work, headache, frustration ----you name it ------ they made life a little more relaxed for me. more

When my car broke down I called the companies roadside assistnace and they sent Quality Automotive. They were so helpful - not only did they store my car because it was too late to drop it off at the dealer, but Lauren called from the office the next day to help me figure out where to send it. She let me conference her in with roadside assistance and got it done!!! Having a car break down is stressful.....Quality Automotive helped me every step of the way! more

There is no better Towing Service in all of Brooklyn. I have been in need of towing several times late at night and there is absolutly no time frame of which this company will not respond. There service is top quick and prices very reasonable. i highly recommend this company for thre quality of service. more

My Buick died on the side of the rode...Called my ""Road Side Assistance"" company...They sent Quality Automotive Services...They showed up right away...Towed my vehicle and even dropped me off at home...A very very Pleasant surprise...Use these people for your towing needs! more

Do not use this service, I waited for a tow for 3 hrs and was told every half hour that they were too busy and it would be 30 more minutes. In the end they never came and I had to get a different company to tow me. more

A friendly word of warning from someone who lives near these thieves. Not only do they illegally tow cars from people, most of the drivers do not have licenses which shows when they drop cars off their flat bed trucks in the middle of the night so not to be caught STEALING cars and selling them off part by part. Seriously folks their a chop shop also affiliated with the tow company Red's down the block. YOU DO NOT WANT TO CALL THESE GUYS!!! They'll treat your car poorly, race it up and down the street, and leave it parked outside their yard where most of the time the local gangs tag it up. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! more

To give you an idea of what these guys are like ... they also run ""Red's Towing & Recovery Inc."", which is 2 doors down at 370 Devoe St ... Red's illegally towed my car out of the Cropsey Avenue Home Depot parking lot, dumped my car on a side street and then demanded $160 CASH on the spot from me for its return ... they continued their scam all day until the cops were called and the tow driver was found to be w/o a valid driver's license ... they made a bundle of money that day scamming people ... these guys are crooks ... I WOULDN'T LET THEM TELL ME THE TIME LET ALONE DO ANY SORT OF BUSINESS WITH THEM ... BEWARE ... STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THEM! more

I called honda to tow my car because i got 2 tires slahsed. I live in Astoria and it was toked to brooklyn. The towing was free so i didnt care. It was done the next day, i want to pick it up and the car was out front, two DEEP fresh scratchin the drivers door and fender, and my spoiler was hanging off the car. The car was also UNLOCKED outside their shop.\r \r I told them about it, they kept the car and said they'd call me, they called me back and said 'oh we're in the middle of PAINTING THE SIDE OF THE CAR' and i NEVER said i wanted them doing this. \r \r Just a note, they are trying to charge me $200 dollars to MOUNT and BALANCE FOUR TIRES.\r \r Stay away from these losers. It was a weekend night so I called Subaru roadside service. It was supposed to be brought to Subaru dealer, Alfaro motors is contracted towing agency for Subaru roadside service. That night they kept my car in their lot and were supposed to bring to Subaru the next day. Instead it got ""broken into"" in their lot, and they convinced me to keep it there for repair, stating it would be cheaper. This was the beginning of a long painful story. A $7000 dollar repair that took 4 MONTHS on a car with only 38,000 miles. I regret letting them touch my car. When I got it back it was still making a loud noise and hardly functioning. I traded it in right away. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR. YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOUR DO. more
