Good: I am a repeat customer, placed 5 orders from them for myself and my family. Always very courteous and fast shipping. The glasses are authentic as I have many frames and know the difference.. Bad: nothing I can complain about. Improvements: everything was great. Other: I love this merchant have ordered many frames from them before, always got what I wanted, the 1 time they didnt have the frame I ordered they called me right away and told me it would take an extra 4 days to receive, I agreed and received my frame a week later, excellent!!!!. more

Thieves 7/14/2010

Sent a check which they deposited and would not send me my item. When I called they told me they never got my check and didn't know what order I was referring to. After providing them details of the deposit and a copy of a signature they still wouldn't send me anything. They probably go to a check cashing place and don't ever intend to send items. They also pretend they're a big corporation, I always get one of two girls that answer the phone and after looking their real address up they're operated out of the back of a storefront optical store. I've ordered from here just once but I will do again if I decide I need any more sunglasses, or for a gift. They sell genuine designer makes at lower than usual prices. Delivery is fast. more
