Sent a check which they deposited and would not send me my item. When I called they told me they never got my check and didn't know what order I was referring to. After providing them details of the deposit and a copy of a signature they still wouldn't send me anything. They probably go to a check cashing place and don't ever intend to send items. They also pretend they're a big corporation, I always get one of two girls that answer the phone and after looking their real address up they're operated out of the back of a storefront optical store.
