Superb service! 9/21/2012

My eight years old Jenn Air dryer stopped spinning and I was worried that there wouldn’t be parts available for it. I called Best Service and I got an appointment for the following day, which actually was Sunday , for no extra charge- that was nice. The mechanic Max told me that I needed to replace the belt on the dryer. He said that he would try to find it at a local parts retailer. Two days later I got a call from Best Service that they’ve got the part. The guys came over that same day and completed the repair. I had a really good experience with this company and I’d recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good appliance repair company. more

Brooklyn best dishwasher repair service 1/12/2012

I called Best Service Appliance Repair when my Lg dishwasher stopped working. I had a number of concerns about the repair since my kitchen was built around my appliances, and apparently now they don’t sell dishwashers in that specific size. The man I spoke to over the phone was very nice, he took the time to answer all my questions and explain exactly what to expect for the repair. The technician they sent over was very polite and clearly had a lot of experience with repairs. He told me that I would have to replace the control board. He didn’t have the part with him and said that he would order it and then come back to replace it in about a week. I then got a call back saying that since my machine was so old, its parts are harder to get a hold of, and that the control board was backordered. It took a few more weeks but eventually they got a hold of it and returned to install it. I’m not happy I had to wait so long for the part but I guess it’s out of their hands. The dishwasher works perfectly again so overall I am happy with the repair. more

Really BEST!!!! 1/6/2012

I used BEST SERVICE APPLIANCE REPAIR when my amana dryer completely stopped working. It appeared to be on but it wasn’t heating or spinning or really doing anything. I was extremely frustrated since I had loads of laundry and I couldn’t wait for a repair that would take a long time. They sent over a mechanic who took a look at my dryer and immediately said that the belt was at fault. He had a replacement with him so he just substituted them and my dryer started working again. They were lifesavers! more

Outstanding appliance repair company 12/22/2011

I called BEST SERVICE APPLIANCE REPAIR when my kitchenaid oven stopped working properly. I’ve had quite a few issues with this same oven before, but after spending so much on the oven, I wasn’t ready to replace it. I called another repair company first, which told me I had to replace like five parts and that it wasn’t worth repairing it. But, I decided to get another quote and I called these guys. They sent over a guy who looked at my oven and told me that all that I had to replace was the sensor and the oven should be working fine. He had to order the part so it took about a week before he came back to replace it but after he did the oven started working again. I’m happy that I called for another diagnostic instead of just replacing my machine. The guy they sent over knew a lot about repairs and I liked the customer service I received from the company, I would definitely recommend this company to others. more

RUN AWAY 6/11/2011

Stay away. Repairman who "fixed" my refrigerator did not have an idea what was going on. He told me I need new ice maker, and bunch of other parts and the cost of repair was $450 - it was good, it was low water pressure coming to it. I had condensation in the freezer so he said he needs to replace dispenser solenoid and flopper. I checked it before he came (i'm not stupid too and I can find basic solutions online) when I told him it was working fine he replied that he just adjusted it. Liar, liar, liar, he just wanted $49 check for his "service". more

Incredible appliance repair 6/1/2011

I’m one of those people whose in the office all week, and running errands all weekend. When my whirlpool washing machine stopped working one weekend, I needed someone to come that same day and fix it right away. I called Best Service Appliance Repair and they sent Gary over. He told me that I would need to replace the pump on my machine, but that it would take a few days to do it. I explained my situation to him and he somehow managed to locate the part from a local store, and replace it that same day. He was absolutely great! I had a really great experience with this company, and would recommend them to all. more

Highly recommended Brooklyn appliance repair 5/2/2011

The icemaker on my subzero refrigerator stopped making ice. My refrigerator is about fifteen years old. The first company I called said that because my appliance was so old that there was no way that they could find the correct parts, so I would be better off replacing the entire machine. I then called BEST SERVICE APPLIANCE REPAIR. The technician came over, found a place to order the necessary parts that same day, and within a week my fridge was in perfect working order again. Really good service, would use them again. more

Professional appliance repair technicians 2/18/2011

My GE dishwasher just stopped working , so I did some research online and saw that the problem is with its computer. I called the guys in Best Service Appliance Repair and told them that I knew what the problem was and if they could just come over and install the part. They were really nice about it, and were really accommodating in setting up an appointment for me (which is really tough because my work schedule is really packed). The repairman even took the time to explain what went wrong and how to avoid similar problems with my machine in the future. I would use this company again to repair my appliances. more

Dryer repair service 1/14/2011

I live in Staten Island, New York, and I was having a problem with my Kenmore dryer. When I opened the door I smelled something burning. I called Best Service Appliance Repair, and the technician came over and told me that my motor shut down. My machine is quite old, and he told me that there would be no point in replacing the motor, it would be better if I just bought a new machine. I really appreciate that he was honest with me, rather than just making me spend money on a machine that would die soon anyway. I really recommend this company! more

Great appliance repair service 12/16/2010

I consider Best Service the best appliance repair company in Brooklyn! I had them fixed my GE oven , that was not heating on the bottom, they repaired my faulty Bosch dishwasher and Caloric dryer, that took too long to dry clothes. At all cases the repairmen came on time, they called 15-20 minutes before showing up. They were accurate and very efficient. Great appliance repair service! more

Only good words to say about Best Service....really BEST! 10/7/2010

Our Frigidaire washing machine broke down right before we left for our vacation in Europe. When we got back we need it urgently to be repaired , since we had suitcases full of clothes to be washed. We knew that Best Service is actually the most reliable appliance repair service in our neighbourhood ( we live in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn). They've done the work for us in the past . That is why we called them right away. As usual, the repairman arrived promptly . He fixed our washer within an hour: no hassle, no extra charge, no waiting. Everything is in order now. It finally works! I had such a hard time with my Frigidaire washing machine repair! It is five years old, but suddenly stopped to pump water out. I called some local dealers and was very disappointed with their attitude over the phone, service charges they commanded and difficulties to get an appointment on the same day. Brooklyn stove repair 9/15/2010

The appliance service technician from Best Service Appliance Repair got to my house when he said he would. He called me 30 min before arriving to make sure I am at home. I had a problem with the front burner on my Whirlpool stove. It was not lighting. The technician fixed the problem promptly. The price was fair. I will definitely use this service again. more

Real professionals! Best Service!!! 9/3/2010

When I called Best Service complaining that my Caloric oven needs repair, I did not know how silly my problem actually was! Gary, the serviceman, checked up my appliance and noticed that the power cord was disconnected somehow. No wonder my oven did not work! He re-connected the power and did not charge me anything. Very honest guy! Thanks, Gary! more

Great experience! We will definitely use this company again! The guy from Best Service Appliance Repair showed up literally within an hour of our call. He spent less than 25 minutes to fix our dryer and for literally half the price of what Sears quoted us. Overall we are satisfied and would recommend this service to anyone. more

Oven repair in Brooklyn 7/29/2010

What a great company! They really do stand behind their work. I had a circuit board replacement on my Bosch oven, but in a couple of weeks I had to call Best Service Appliance Repair again, since I was not satisfied with the way my oven worked. The re-call appointment was given me next day. As appeared, the replacement part, that my oven got, had some kind of factory defects and a new circuit board was installed in my Bosch oven with no charge. It works great now! Thanks! more

Reliable Appliance Repair 7/21/2010

We've called Best Service Appliance Repair twice. The first time was to repair the baking feature on our GE gas oven. They came on the same day and finished the job quickly. The second time we had a problem with our dryer, which took too long to dry the clothes. Even so we called them late at night, the customer service answered and we managed to get an appointment next day. Very reliable people! Thanks for making our life easier. more

Range repair 7/5/2010

We called Best Service Appliance Repair and some other local appliance repair services when our Garland range stopped working out of blue. We spoke with the whole bunch of guys, explaining the problem and asking for soonest appointment possible. I have to admit: Best Service Appliance Repair beat them all. The serviceman was by my door within an hour! Two hours later I was back in my kitchen cooking and enjoying my old great Garland range! more

Appliance Repair Service in Brooklyn 6/25/2010

My 8 year old Maytag oven was not working properly for a while , but the broiler still worked with no problem. Gary from Best Service replaced the ignitor for me and now the oven works like new. It took him really no more than a half an hour! And I've got 10% off military discount ( as a veteran). Needless to say: Best Service made my day! more
