Really nice professional company. 4/23/2011

I found Bear Glass on their bearglass.info web site. I needed 12 mirrors for exterior application. I had no idea how to protect them from sun wind and other things that can destroy mirror's silvering. I spoke to lady whose name is Laura. She is real expert and nice patient woman. She spent 3 weeks communicating with me before I was ready to place the order. And now I am sure that my mirrors are protected. Really nice professional company. more

I found Bear Glass through a site called www,BearGlassBlog.com and it was very informative. I have since done business with Bear and can honestly say that i have found the service to be amazing!!! The price was amazingly inexpensive,... the quality was amazing and when I went to Bear to pick up my glass the office was amazingly busy!!! Excellent company 2/17/2011

I priced several different glass companies for a replacement of a custom made shower door. These guys were excellent. Not only did they get the door exactly, but they also had it installed for a very minimal fee compared to other glass shops I'd researched. They were great to work with and I would def use/recommend them in the future. more

I recently had to have some double pane insulated windows replaced in my home,I saw Bear Glass Truck on the road with a phone number.I called This Company and they was Johnny-On-the-Spot.They was really caring and wanted to provide the work that I wanted them to do,they where on time,very honest people, they did the job in a professional and timely manner and the cost was cheaper then the other glass companies. more

Perfect job!!!! 12/7/2010

I can tell about Bear Glass many words. And all of these words are very nice. Because few days ago I had a rush order for the mirror and I asked Bear Glass to help me. I didn’t know that they give same day service. And it was very good. I got the price for my mirror by phone in few minutes and then I ordered it. It was made fast and with a good quality!!! Now when I need anything I know where to go. I will call Bear Glass!!! more

Really Bad Service 7/28/2010

Good: Well, its glass...how far wrong can you go other than the wrong size. Bad: The service, or the lack of it. I am a professional and have used them 2 times. My order was scrambled the first time and took a month to fufill. WHEN I finally got the glass, all was good. So, good shop, bad bad bad front office.. Improvements: People in the office who are interested in service and filling the needs of the customers. Other: Price was on par with other shops. I am tempted to use them again because they are close and the fabrication shop is good. Hmmm....probably not.. more
