Good: Well, its glass...how far wrong can you go other than the wrong size. Bad: The service, or the lack of it. I am a professional and have used them 2 times. My order was scrambled the first time and took a month to fufill. WHEN I finally got the glass, all was good. So, good shop, bad bad bad front office.. Improvements: People in the office who are interested in service and filling the needs of the customers. Other: Price was on par with other shops. I am tempted to use them again because they are close and the fabrication shop is good. Hmmm....probably not..
