They're bagels look delicious, however their staff is rude and they suck at actually getting your order right. My husband and I ordered an everything bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese and a wheat bagel, not toasted, with butter and strawberry jam. We got an everything bagel, not toasted with scallion cream cheese and a wheat bagel, toasted, with grape jelly. How can you get so many things wrong in an order of just two bagels? Sadly, we didn't realize their mistake(s) until we got home. We called just to let them know, and it was clear that they could care less.
