I have lost 45 pounds in just over 2 months. The first week I had a change in the way I thought about eating. I was always snacking. I had stopped all of the snacking. Not even thinking about it. I stopped drinking soda's all the time. I was a chocoholic, stopped that. I feel great and I know I will make my goal. I have been doing Positive Changes Hypnosis for just over a month.... let me just say... WHAT A LIFE CHANGER! I have completely changed my life! I used to eat multiple meals at a time, snack, and emotionally eat. I LOVE how much my life DOESN'T exist around food. I merely based my days off eating meals and craved anything and everything! Now I eat what my body needs to survive and WORKOUT ALL THE TIME! I LOVE IT! \r \r My new goal, which I would have never guessed in my wildest dreams, is to RUN a half marathon! \r \r I recommend this program to anyone who has subconscious issues with food. If they would like to become less stressed, change their food habits, workout more, and feel amazing about yourself! more

I've tried everything - counting points, counting calories, personal trainers, boot camp. My last attempt at Weight Watcher I actually gained. I know what to eat, how much to eat, and how to exercise, yet my mind wasn't in the game. I would mindlessly eat, and then feel guilty, and eat more. I talked to someone that was successful on the plan and then saw commericals for PC every time I turned around, so I went in for the eval. Some of the questions they asked were difficult for me to answer because I didn't want to face them. I signed up for nine months, and go twice a week. I've turned down cake and other sugary snacks for fruits and vegetables. I have a long way to go, but can already see changes. I have more energy, sleep better, don't binge eat. You have to be committed to yourself and the program. more

Since starting the program I have a better attitude about my wt and exercise. I do not binge like I had in the past and I am making better choices. I have completely given up soda without thinking about it and drinking water instead.\r \r I have not lost as much as I would like but, I am not giving up. I know I can reach my goal, just not in the time I had originally hoped. I also know that the maintence will be okay, as the cd's I listen to everyday will continue to help me with my life goals.\r \r My sister is doing very well on the same program and will be very close to her goal soon. more

I have been visiting Positive Changes now since July 2012. The staff and facilities are top rate. There is always a smiling face greeting you immediately upon entering the building. Those smiling faces soon gain recognition and you are greeted by name when visiting for your sessions.\r \r The hypnosis is great and effective if the regimen is followed. It isn't difficult to schedule time to listen to the tapes daily, and that is one of the keys to the program working.\r \r The hypnotists are very professional and know how to guide you in the right direction, and personalize when necessary based on interviews.\r \r I have changed eating habits considerably, made changes in the foods being eaten, and plan on achieving my goals by following the program. \r \r One thing is certain, the friendly, smiling, professional staff will give all the service required and encourage you in all the correct processes. In 1986 I quit smoking with hypnosis. I have watched the commercials for a couple of years and thought to myself this will work for me! \r I have ""tried"" every weight loss program there is and one for over 10 years! \r I have been so overwhelmed with the amount of weight I have to loose to be healthy! \r What brought me through the door was finding out my daughter is expecting their first baby and my doctor reported that I was pre-diabetic!\r Positive Changes is a major component to my 2013 ""get-well"" program. I joined a wonderful gym, actually visiting and enjoying it as a treat not a dread!\r I have a long haul ahead but the big difference after 6 weeks and already down 20lbs down is the I have H O P E! \r more

My life seems to be more organized since starting at Positive changes 5 months ago. I have lost about 20 lbs and have made an honest promise to myself to use the gym and\r pool more often, I seem to be building muscles rather than\r continue to lose the weight. I am a non smoker now for 1 week and 1 day. I didn't think it would be as easy as it was. They have changed my life forever. I have quit smoking a couple times before but never sucessfully, I can feel this time it's different, I'm more confident and in control. It feels great! I'm so happy that I was able to meet my committment to myself and my family. I see other people here have needed to go back, and it's nice to know that they are there, but honestly I don't think I will have to go back for refresher tapes because I can fell it in my heart that I am a non smoker forever now. Last night I even stood in a smoking area by a fire because I was cold and it didn't bother me a bit because I am now a non smoker. Thank you Positive Changes!! more

I started Positive Changes Hypnosis on December 11, 2012 to lose weight. Yes, in the midst of the holidays I began my journey. It has been less than a month, I am now down a pant size, my energy is up, the sugar cravings are gone, stress levels have dropped way down, anxiety is almost zero, I am off the sleeping pills and feeling great. Water is delicious. The negative thoughts are disappearing from my inner dialog. I could go on and on about all the good things I am experiencing. \r \r This is the best thing someone can do for themselves. I have fought my weight my entire life . I know that I will be at a healthy weight for the rest of my life. I have a new attitude about all facets of my life. I did a nine week breakthrough program to stop unwanted habits. Positive Changes changed my life on many different levels. I am more disciplined in all that I do. I started the program mid October, everyone has been great to me, they are all great support to me. I'm doing positive changes for the weight loss, plus for health reasons. I've been over weight most of my life. I've had people tell me I'm looking good, which makes me feel good. Since I've started the program I've changed my eating habits. My portions are smaller. I'm drinking more water & I've increased my exercise. I still have a long ways to go. Thanks to positive changes I have changed! I do listen to my CD's and it does help. more

I think I have finally quit smoking with a complete program in hypnosis from Positive Changes. It is spendy, but the hypnotists are sincere. I signed up five years ago, and quit for three years. I started again when difficulty came into my life, and went back and signed up for another three sessions. I felt I needed some new CDs to listen to. Again, it was spendy. But it did make me quit. You just have to listen to those recordings. They address you by name, and they have methods that are quite effective. If you listen to the tapes, you will change. You will quit overeating or you will quit smoking––you just have to listen to the recordings regularly. Bad habits come from automatic responses to stuff that is buried in your subconscious. These recordings, addressed specifically to you, are super effective. more

I started Positive Changes in August and as of today, three and a half months later, I'm down 34 lbs and two pants sizes at least. I used to have trouble walking up a flight of stairs because I'd be out of breath when I got there and because it would just cause such pain in both knees. Now I don't dread the stairs. I love Positive Changes because it doesn't tell me what I can and can't eat. It helps me make the right choices for a healthy me. I know with the holidays coming it's going to treats and tempting foods everywhere, but I know that I can handle it this year. The staff at Positive Changes are the nicest most helpful people I've met. They encourage me every step of the way and celebrate my successes. They truely care for their clients. I know I'd not be where I am today if it weren't for them. more

I have been going to positive changes for 6 weeks now and have lost 21 pounds. Everything you hear about pc is true. From the first session you feel a difference and it only get's better from there on. Everything you think and feel is different. Your choices on food and they way you feel about yourself changes. You only want eat healthy foods, the cravings for the fats, sugars etc is gone. It's the best thing I've ever decided to do... and it is saving my life! more
