Since starting the program I have a better attitude about my wt and exercise. I do not binge like I had in the past and I am making better choices. I have completely given up soda without thinking about it and drinking water instead.\r

I have not lost as much as I would like but, I am not giving up. I know I can reach my goal, just not in the time I had originally hoped. I also know that the maintence will be okay, as the cd's I listen to everyday will continue to help me with my life goals.\r

My sister is doing very well on the same program and will be very close to her goal soon.
