I've tried everything - counting points, counting calories, personal trainers, boot camp. My last attempt at Weight Watcher I actually gained. I know what to eat, how much to eat, and how to exercise, yet my mind wasn't in the game. I would mindlessly eat, and then feel guilty, and eat more. I talked to someone that was successful on the plan and then saw commericals for PC every time I turned around, so I went in for the eval. Some of the questions they asked were difficult for me to answer because I didn't want to face them. I signed up for nine months, and go twice a week. I've turned down cake and other sugary snacks for fruits and vegetables. I have a long way to go, but can already see changes. I have more energy, sleep better, don't binge eat. You have to be committed to yourself and the program.
