I started Positive Changes in August and as of today, three and a half months later, I'm down 34 lbs and two pants sizes at least. I used to have trouble walking up a flight of stairs because I'd be out of breath when I got there and because it would just cause such pain in both knees. Now I don't dread the stairs. I love Positive Changes because it doesn't tell me what I can and can't eat. It helps me make the right choices for a healthy me. I know with the holidays coming it's going to treats and tempting foods everywhere, but I know that I can handle it this year. The staff at Positive Changes are the nicest most helpful people I've met. They encourage me every step of the way and celebrate my successes. They truely care for their clients. I know I'd not be where I am today if it weren't for them.
