I have lost 45 pounds in just over 2 months. The first week I had a change in the way I thought about eating. I was always snacking. I had stopped all of the snacking. Not even thinking about it. I stopped drinking soda's all the time. I was a chocoholic, stopped that. I feel great and I know I will make my goal. Iam on my way of losing 170 pounds. \r
You have to work the program, just like any other program you want to do.\r
I even stopped smoking at the same time. \r
The staff is very helpful and willing to help with any issues you have.\r
