I have been going to positive changes for 6 weeks now and have lost 21 pounds. Everything you hear about pc is true. From the first session you feel a difference and it only get's better from there on. Everything you think and feel is different. Your choices on food and they way you feel about yourself changes. You only want eat healthy foods, the cravings for the fats, sugars etc is gone. It's the best thing I've ever decided to do... and it is saving my life!
