I did a nine week breakthrough program to stop unwanted habits. Positive Changes changed my life on many different levels. I am more disciplined in all that I do. I have more confidence, and self-respect. I have less anxiety. I have learned how to make my past memories go black and white, without smell or sound and place it behind me in a picture frame in my rearview mirror until it fades and disappears.\r

I drink more water and eat better foods. I cut out time every morning and afternoon to listen to the cds. I learned that the mind is a powerful tool, and the possibilities for positive changes are limitless. \r

Every time I see a stop sign, it reminds me to stop negative thinking. Every time I turn on a light, I am turning on the light of my inner awareness. The future is bright and compelling. Every day in every way I am getting better and better.\r

I am forever changed for the better through Positive Changes. It’s one of the best things I have ever done for myself. The changes will stay with me my the rest of my life. The mind is truly amazing, and a wonderful mystery.\r
