I am a highly educated woman with a degree in psychology and also law. I agree with what the previous woman/former employee said about the insults and degrading way employees were required to talk to clients to mess with their heads to get them into the clinic AT ALL COSTS. \r
I had called the first time about a year ago and was put off by the pushy way I was handled and not given ANY info over the phone and I was even told I was not committed to my weight loss JUST BECAUSE I did not wish to be forced into making an appointment on a whim without any information. I tried to call back last week believing that perhaps it had to do with the first individual I had contact with last year.....this is what happened: When I called, I tried with everything in me to ascertain the amount of cost involved in treatments for weight loss only to find that there was an avoidant answer for every question I asked, including being told I could not even receive a GENERAL idea or ballpark of costs involved. When I said that I was not going to waste 3 hours of my business consulting time to come in only to find out that the costs were cost prohibitive, I was told by the representative, ""YOU ARE JUST NOT COMMITTED ENOUGH TO YOURSELF AND YOUR WEIGHTLOSS GOALS YET TO TAKE THAT IMPORTANT FIRST STEP AND COME IN FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT"" ;followed by ""WHEN YOU HAVE DECIDED YOU WANT YOUR BODY BACK AND TO LOOSE WEIGHT, YOU WILL MAKE THAT APPOINTMENT"". \r
I have worked in gym membership sales in the past as well as having joined a professional dating service and KNOW THE PLOYS USED to get clients to sign up and when I called the representative on her choice of words and manipulation, she tried to accuse ME of insulting her!! What nerve on her part! I am now educated to me an attorney and that is the consulting work that I was not about to take 3 hours away from at the cost of $765 to me just to find out that the weight loss services provided was too excessive of an expense to justify taking the time out of my schedule with clients to make the appointment.....ALL I ASKED WAS A PRICE RANGE BALLPARK, NOT THE ACTUAL PRICE!! When I told her I would NOT be making the appointment without knowing if it was even worth my time to do so, she told me, ""YOU ARE JUST NOT COMMITTED TO YOUR WEIGHTLOSS OR YOURSELF"". \r
I am not a foul mouthed woman, but it was everything in me not to say some foul words to her. The representative also told me that the Beaverton location WAS THE ONLY LOCATION IN BOTH WASHINGTON AND OREGON, which is why I did the searches that lead me to this site. I was merely trying to see if there was indeed only ONE location in the Pacific Northwest.\r
My eyes were wide open when the girl below who says she used to work there stated that they tape clients without their permission....OH MY GOD, WHY IS NO ONE FILING A LAW SUIT???? Sounds like it would be easy to form a class action suit on this place!! I want to say THANK YOU to the former employee who took the time to write the review below mine about what really goes on behind the scenes at this place! I AM GOING TO AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! \r

I do not need to feel worse or for that matter emotionally abused because of GREED on the part of the owners of this franchise. \r
