We will never use them or buy anything from them again!\r

We have used these folks for service and have made a number of purchases over the last twenty years. Up to now, we have been pleased overall across the board...that is until now. \r
\r
Their service tech for North Arlington has a serious ""don't care"" attitude and when I tried to discuss this with the owner, the same attitude came across. Something has changed here and they really don't seem to understand the importance of quality or of customer service. \r

We are very disappointed and cannot recommend them on any level.
