Review content:
I truly wish I had read a review about Northgate Sewing and Vacuum before I bought anything from these people. I bought a Meile less than a year ago. Within the first 4 months, the motor burned out. The store clerk said they had a repair technician there on site that could look at it, but he would be out for the rest of the day and would look at it tomorrow. I checked back 3 days later because I hadn’t heard from them and they told me they had to send it out to be repaired and it would be a few more weeks. \r \r I really think they should have just replaced the vacuum with a new one right then and there, especially considering it was a full blown motor, not some small part. But instead, they gave me a loaner that had to be at least 15 years old and wasn’t even a replacement Meile, it was a 15 year old Oreck upright with no attachments. I couldn’t believe they felt justified in giving me this after I had spent $1,300 for their vacuum that needed to be serviced only 4 months l
