DO NOT SHOP THE AVENUES LOCATION OR OTHER LOCATIONS! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AT THE AVENUES from buying and attempting to return unused sandals. Before buying them, I was told by the sales person they could be returned for a full refund if accompanied by receipt and if unworn with all tags on them. Only after buying them and attempting to return them did I find out that shoes can't be returned. Sales person was either dishonest or not trained to know their own policy. Management refused to honor what their own sales staff told me and said no exception can be made. They deferred to the owner whom I've tried to reach for 3 weeks but he doesn't return messages.
