It is not very often I have the opportunity or reason to praise someone who
is an exemplary employee. Our company has been working with State Farm Insurance, specifically The Rodney Shannon Agency, for many years. I personally deal with a member of their Customer Solutions Team, Andre Hernandez, several times per month regarding various insurance issues. He is always available and responds to emails and phone calls almost
immediately. He is courteous, professional and reliable. He answers every question I have and responds to every request in a timely fashion. I have always considered the variety of television commercials about different insurance agencies to be amusing at the least. However, working with Andre I truly feel as though I have a good neighbor who is always there (Like a
good neighbor State Farm is there!). If only he could email me that sandwich...Thank you for your time.
