The office of Dr. Kaiser is very pleasant. You can usually get an appointment relatively soon. The doctor is very knowledgeable, and polite. The nurses are very friendly as well. One drawback is that you have to wait a while for the secretary to make up a referral, and the doctor does not have immunizations available in the office, which is something you’d want to consider if your child needs immunizations. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I have received from the office, and the quality of care provided by the doctor.
