Pleasant and Quant Italian Dining 4/21/2010

I decided to stop by this restaurant at random during a brief stay in the city. The ambience was very quant, while the staff was very friendly. A great place to bring your family or a date for dinner! The food is traditional Italian and well put together. We love this place 9/17/2009

While the food is excellent, there are many restaurants with great food. The major difference here is that the staff are all so nice, very friendly and accomodating. Plus, the prices for food and wine are beyond reasonable. Our whole family loves it and we recommend it highly. Pros: wonderful staff, reasonable prices, great food more

We Loved it 4/11/2009

I threw a small surprise party for my husband's birthday. The staff were incredibly accommodating given that my headcount was changing throughout the week. Once arrived, they were very patient as we took our time perusing the menu. The tapas were delicious. Keep in mind, this was during passover, and many of the dishes were kosher style, so we were able to enjoy italian food without worrying about bread creeping into the recipe. There were multiple options for many palates. Everyone at the table raved about their dishes. I brought a kosher for passover cake for the birthday party, which the staff graciously took, cut, and served to the table with a light dusting of powdered sugar. At the end of the meal, they served us a complimentary round of port. Pros: Incredible food Cons: What are the drawbacks? more

Wonderful dining experience 12/4/2008

Charm abounds here, and good food and value. The waiter was accommodating and helpful and when he saw how much I hoped to have mussels (not on menu) he ran back to the kitchen to see what he could do about it and said they could make clams (also not on menu!). Lots of laughter at every table, like being in a small Italian village. Good food, very European style, though we haven't tried an entree yet. Complimentary champagne before we left! Get the chocolate mousse pyramid for dessert. We'll be back soon. more

Great for sharing! Good pizza and small plates. 11/19/2008

Had dinner here last night - small pizza and 2 appetizers. Pizza was delicious as was the bruschetta (2 versions) and the crispy calamari (great spicy avocado dipping sauce). Wine was good and reasonably priced. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. WIll be sure to go back! Pros: Pizza, Appetizers, Wine list, Atmosphere more

Liquor lincense!!!! Finally! 10/3/2008

The food is great! The service is great! The manager of the restaurant actually conversates with you while managing. They finally have their liquor lincense!!!!! The atmosphere is soothing and can be romantic. It has a nice vibe. Even if you aren't trying to be romantic. Pros: Liquor and a nice marble bar Cons: None that I can think of! more
