I called ABC Air Conditioning and Heating when I was having problems with a large air conditioner in my living room. It was too large to take any where to be repaired, so I wanted someone to come and take a look at it in my home. I called ABC, and they said they would come the same day, and they never showed up or even called me. I called them back and they promised they would come the next day, but they didn't show up again either. Finally I gave up on them and called someone else. They should just tell the truth if they can't come and not make you wait around for them.
