Britex has an amazing selection of fabrics that are well worth their price. The staff has a lot of expertise and are very helpful. I definitely would recommend this place.

Huge store 8/17/2005

Britex Fabrics is one of the largest fabrics stores I have been to. They have such a large selection of fabrics and colors. The workers are very helpful too and ask if you need assistance with anything. I love their notions floor. One of the things I didn't like was that the elevator is so slow! more

Amazing Selection 8/7/2005

Britex Fabrics is an amazing store. Even when they temporarily moved to Post St while they were renovating their store, their selection is great. If you're trying to find fabric, and it has to be perfect, then britex is for you. The only downside is that they tend to be a bit pricey at times. But you will find fabric here that you wont find anywhere else. more

tHIS store sells alot of fabrics and it is easy to find what you are looking for. If you are planning to make a costume or clothes, then this is the right place to go. THe prices are cheap because you buy by quantity, not by quality. Although you can find what you want, it will take time to order your item. Besides that, this is a great place. more

Britex is the perfect place to find fabrics! If you are planning to design and make a dress, you have a lot of colorful fabrics to choose from. During prom season, this store gets crowded. Many teens want to custom make their dress, so they come here for the material. The staff is very knowlegable about what kind of fabric to buy. They know exactly where the silk fabrics are, and where the elastic ones are store. more

Need Fabric 8/4/2005

Four floors of shopping heaven for those who love sewing and crafts. If you want couture fabric for a woolen suit or lace for your wedding dress, this is definitely a place you need to visit. They also have a wide selection of home decorating fabrics if you want to recover your sofa. Trims and buttons galore. The top floor is where they sell all the remnants are reduced prices. A good place to find good deals on luxury fabrics. This is not your local Jo-Anns Fabrics. more
