I was greeted by a wonderful front desk person. She welcomed me by name, gave me tour and made sure I was comfortable.
I had the best facial ever! I have acne and left looking 100 times better. The massage after the facial was amazing as well.
The spa itself is beautiful! Thanks for an amazing experience - I plan to come back more often!
Pros: The best facials and massage in the City!
Cons: Not enough hours in the day!

Oh My Gawd this place is soooo sleezy and sooo sweet! This is about as close we get to Japanese love hotels here in the States. Rent out rooms by the hour. There’s a bubbling hot tub, radio, mirrors, and a very hygienic looking waterproof mattress. Yeah, some people come here to unwind in the tub, but if you’ve got the nerve to sit in the lobby and watch people coming through, there sure as hell aren’t a lot of people coming in alone. But oh oh oh, what a fun thing to do with a special friend! I couldn't possibly imagine a better hour long date...

Kabuki is a great spa and has a very tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. Their hot springs are a great value and you could easily spend a few hours resting in the various pools while sipping on a cool drink. They have certain days for male or female only, as well as coed. I would recommend visiting on a weekday so it's not overly crowded. I also got a swedish massage and it was really nice too.

I've been going to this spa for two years and I love it! I don't understand why the review before mines was negative because this place is great. I've tried many nail spas before and this one is the best. If you do go make an appointment and request for Tracy. She's the owner of the spa and is very talented. If you want a french manicure she is the person to go to. This place also had a spa lounge a block away and it is a fabulous place to get facials and massages. Linda is the person that does the facials and she is amzing! I go there every week so I know what I'm talking about. Go to this nail spa!!!

I go to Pro Nails all of the time with a few friends and I always have a great experience. When I first enter the store, I am asked to pick out a color, and am always impressed with the amount of colors to chose from. When I sit to get my nails done, I always notice they open a new pack of utensils to use, which is very important to me. They make good conversation, and their proces are pretty affordable. Great place to go to if you want a good job without paying too much.

I love this place I've tried most of the treatments and when I'm done it feels like I just got back from a relaxing vacation. I also send my boyfriend there for a massage every 2 to 3 weeks and he also loves it. The staff is fun and friendly and they also have a great selection of beauty products. I love this place!

This is my favorite day spa in the city because it is not as expensive as the rest but is just as plush. The atmosphere at Refresh is very tranquil and relaxing, and I love the freebies they offer like the cucumber water and the sauna and steam room. I also had a really great swedish massage and a facial there as well. Everyone was very friendly and I didn't catch a hint of attitude at all.

I love going to this place for my facials. I don't mind paying a little extra because this place is definitely relaxing. The atmosphere puts you to sleep. I had one esthetician that I really liked but I guess she gets booked easily, cuz I tried two other and they were good, but I felt pressured to purchase products. Other than that, I love this place and me and my friend plan to go back together again.
