They have tons of walls and the staff is friendly and helpful. They'll rent you anything that you need. Bring your own sneakers so you can save a couple bucks and not have to rent. They give routes a "difficulty" rating, so you know what you're getting into.
With your day pass, you have access to the free-weight room, aerobic machines, and sauna.

Though the staff here isn't always the friendliest, you can come here if you in need of a quick dry cleaning turnaround. Prices are a little high compared to other local cleaners but if you desperately need your shirt cleaned for an interview in 2 days, you can bring it here.
You can almost always find a $ off $25/$35 or more drycleaning coupon on the back of the receipts from the Albertsons across the street.

You'll always get a smile and a friendly greeting when you walk into La Plaza. ("Hi, how are you today?" ) I've been bringing my dry cleaning here for several years and I've never had any problems. They do a good job in a timely manner and the prices are fair. I've never had it done before but I believe they offer alternations as well.
Since it's really a sole proprietorship, I don't believe they offer 24 hour turnaround. Checks and Cash Only. Not open on Sundays.

This place almost always has a line out the door, especially on weekends. Great place to go out with friends and eat family style.
Order at the counter, grab a number and find an empty table. Grab your own water pitcher, glasses, and utensils and wait for the food to be delivered.
Parking near Irving is really hard to find.

The portions are huge and at approximately $5,it's a real deal.
They have a very limited menu, probably only 15 items. Service can be a bit slow and parking is also hard to find but I would still recommend this place if Za Zang noodles are what you're looking for.

With two San Francisco locations, Sports Basement is a fantastic place to go to find performance sports gear at outlet prices.
Both stores are absolutely huge, definitely warehouse proportions at nearly 40,000 sq feet or so.
They carry tons of overstock, excess inventory, and discontinued items from quality manufacturers so prices are low. This is a great place to find that discontinue pair of running shoes that you love at a low, low price.
Bargain bins are located in the back. Just dig to find a great deal.

If you work downtown and you need to have copies of your keys made, you can go to Complete Security during your lunch hour. Located on Stevenson Street, Complete Security doesn't have an obvious storefront and thus is a bit hard to find. But it's definitely a convenient place to go downtown to get your keys made. They're quick and cheap and that's really all you need.
I believe they also offer commerical security products and other services such as:
Masterkey system design + management
Office furniture, keys + lock services
Stand alone access systems
Locksmith supplies.
