This is a great store for bike enthusiasts. They have a large assortion of bikes and accesories, and their staff is really knowledgeable and friendly as well. The value varies, as some items are a lot cheaper than they are at other stores in the city, while others are more expensive. So just shop around before you buy anything significant.

I came here to fix some problems that arose when I took my bike to another shop. The staff was great. Not only were they friendly and helpful, they did a great job on my bike. My bike came back good as new. The repairs did not take very long, and the cost was more than reasonable.

time I placed and order, their website stated they had stock on the item....and EACH time I received an email stating that "sorry, mistake- we have no stock" - they did try an compensate by giving me a discount on the next order I place- but the discount won't really help if they don't have stock on the item I wanted. I give this company a big "BOOOO"

Ok, I really wanted to read through the chocolate exhibit, learn its history, enjoy the nature of its mixed heritage, but my four year old son just zoomed through it and asked for the piece of chocolate he was promised (special promotion for the day). So I didn't get to enjoy it that much, but maybe if you go without kids, you'll be more entertained. He bluntly stated, "this is boring." He was much more into the penguins, and other marine creatures available for observation. The temporary Howard St. location is ok, but I prefer the Golden Gate location. This is much too small for the price, and my son got bored pretty easily, after he saw all the animals.

My parents went here for a formal event and came back exclaiming how good it was. It features quite an extensive collection, and tickets can be bought on line. Right now they're exhibiting artifacts from Tibet, which is a rare chance for westerners to see some authentic Asian sculptures and paintings. Go there and feel cultured.

I first went to the museum with a couple of friends because we were bored. However, I was utterly disappointed by this museum. This museum has two floors and has exhibits of technological things. Most of it was boring and not interesting. I spent my time in the shadow box, by even that was very boring. I would not come here again.
