I have never experienced customer service t like today. I walked in and I have a bunch of male "customers" following me. If they were secret shoppers they did a horrible job. Someone finally does help me and, exactly how long does it take to look for a laptop? So I'm standing there as they all look to see my next move. I did not appreciate it at all. more

Incredibly expensive Blu-Ray 11/16/2009

Incredibly expensive Blu-Ray movies at this store. I looked it up online and found the exact items at 1/2 price. The lack of customer service is also a little disconcerting. I was buying a bunch of cords and needed a lot of help and with every item, I had to track down an employee every step of the way. more

Huge selection 8/20/2005

Best Buy's operations one of the most organized, and also incentive based stores that you can find. They have a large number of employees, who although they don't personally go out of there way to assist you, they do a adequate job. If you join there points rewards program, and a regular shopper of Best Buy products, you'll be getting fairly rewarding incentives. There prices are not as cheap as Circuit City, however they offer a wider selection of products. They are what Sears used to be. more

Good selection, helpful staff 6/25/2005

I wanted to buy a new computer and I came here to look at some. I didn't plan to buy one here, but they were so helpful that I ended up doing just that. I had an idea of what I needed, so they took me right to the computers that fit my criteria. Also, their selection was pretty big, which I guess is expected since they're a large chain store. more
