The place was packed with shoppers. So when I grabbed my wireless keyboard and mouse and got ready to stand in line, a store attendant pulls me to the side and processes the payment with a small credit card reader. He then grabs a bag, puts the stuff in it. And suggests that he send me the receipt by email which I found very convenient because this was a business purchase.

One of the nicer computer sellers in the neighborhood, and offers a variety of configurations for your needs. Prices are very competitive for a non on line seller, and seems to not install the trial ware that big name vendors seems to want you to explore. There built time is adequate, and there's very helpful staff. At times they will be very busy, however it's worth the wait if you want to have an experienced computer guru putting your computer together at decent prices.

It’s certainly a beautiful place to outfit yourself with all the latest and greatest Mac gear. Perhaps not the cheapest, but getting a bargain is hardly the point. You can try out all the latest software and computers, check your email, take classes, and best of all, take your ailing Mac to the Genius Bar where they’ll diagnose and sometimes fix the damn thing for you au gratis. I'm still a little annoyed about the time they were out of powerbook plugs (as was every other store in SF) and wouldn't give or lend me one of the dozens powering the floor models, but really, that's neither here nor there...

Megasuperdupermaniacal computer chain that runs hot sales on the crap you need to keep your computing life happy and healthy. Free internet terminals upstairs are the best feature about this place, but if you're in need, the downstairs has one of the better selections of all around not-free computer crap that can save you a lot of time running around town to different place, since most likely they'll have everything you need here.
