Ponchos is the best! So the food may not be 100% authentic Mexican, but hey, were in central Minnesota. Never the less, it is still to die for. For starters, the chips and salsa a great! Cant get enough of them. I usually have one of my three favorites; chicken chimmi AKA the "rosa's," chicken fajita sandwich, or steak and chicken sizzling fajitas! No matter which one I choose they all go great with the "southwest ranch." Its killer. Nothing better to compliment the meal then with their seasoned french fries, or garlic mashed potatoes...excellent! Wash it all down with one of their signature margaritas... that right there is a little piece of heaven!
