There are so many flavors of rice puddings here, it's crazy. They have many toppings to choose from. I go here every now and then because rice pudding just seems healthier than ice cream. It's not extremely expensive, but pricey for rice pudding. However, I really do recommend you try this if you haven't yet; its popularity has been soaring recently.

I was out with a friend and we wanted to try something different. We saw this BRIGHT orange and blue restuarant and it called to us. But it was a BAD choice. We wanted some healthy, tasty food, but the food here was very mediocre. It's French-Morrocan (?) but I've had much better French food in the past. There was a lot of dancing and singing and it was difficult to talk. But if you're into that type of thing. L'Orange.

Bianca restuarant is a very no-nonsense Italian restuarant. I have been frequenting this place for a long time now and they have always given me excellent service. The gnocci with cheese is one of the most scrumptious dish I've ever tasted. What I love is you get great quality and service, but you're also paying a very very decent price. If you want REAL food (and not those nonsense portions that'll cost you $45 per "plate"), this is the place to go.

The prices are higher than take-out obviously but much lower than some of the really expensive nyc restuarants. Very good service.

I am not a firm believer in herbal remedy but I've always been used to the taste of ginseng. Every now and then I come here for ginseng and other herbs (recommended by the owners here). This is a very nice little herbal shop with friendly service. Everything here is very affordable (unless you're one of those herbal enthusiasts and tend to buy the expensive stuff by the ounce) and they wrap it up all nice for you.

Good choices (they do serve not so spicy food), good service. Not for vegetarians and/or healthy eaters (I consider myself a healthy eater...but I mean, if you consistently eat unhealthy food, this is not the place to go to start a healthy diet). Also, very affordable.

But when I do occassionally want ice cream on the spot, I come here because they have great flavors like red bean and lychee. Much more interesting than Haagen Dazs or Carvel. However, the cones here can be a bit on the pricey side for ice cream.

The sauce is perfect- just the right amount. There's a lot of meat. Better wings here than a lot of other restuarants. The prices are moderate. Very casual atmosphere.

Beard Papa serves the best cream puffs in the city- large, cold, and yummy. I've been buying cream puffs from them ever since high school, and I still can't get enough. They're so good. They're nothing like the cream puffs you get in the Chinatown bakeries (good, but small and not as creamy). These cream puffs are the definition of cream puffs. Great dessert- also, your friends will forever be grateful if you show up with cream puffs for them on a random surprise.

New York Sports Club is a good gym to join. They have state of the art equipments and nutritionists/trainers that really know their stuff. They're also very motivating. It's a great place to go if you want to get fit but be a part of the community as well. I've been going here for two years now, and I feel much healthier.
