This Best Buy is always busy. I think people come here because there is so much to buy here. I go here whenever I need something for my computer or new electronics for my home. I think I get the best deals here and I always ask the sales people for their opinions. They also have lots of movies and music here and you can even listen to the music before you buy it so you know what is goign to be on each album. I think this is the best electronics and computer store because they have great people working here and a great selection of products here too.

I had my Honda Civic for 11 years... It finally died on me and I had to get a new car. I wanted to stay within the Honda family because it is a great car!!!! I was afraid to go to Honda dealership because we were ripped off by Castle Honda. We bought 3 cars from them. I emailed several dealerships and Schaumburg Honda called and sounded the most sincere,,,, I spoke with Scott Carson. I had the best experience with him, no pressure, he tries his best to meet your expectations, and very friendly. He calls me every now and then to see if my New CRV is working well for me. He is great!!! I'd recommend him to anyone. I also spoke with the General Manager, Mike, he was great too. Friendly and no pressure!!! They really try their best to make you satisfied without being pressured!!! I also have to commmend their auto part department, Carrie Adams. Very down to earth, she's on top of things, and has great costumer service!!! I never have been so satisfied until I went to SCHAUMBURG HONDA!!!

My Camaro had some warranty work and i brought it to Woodfield Chevrolet. They did a great job in diagnosing my transmission needed replacement. They had my car for 3 days and when I got it back, the slipping was gone and 45,000 miles later it's still strong. Their service facility was very clean although their service consultant didn't seem very friendly. Possibly due to the fact they were very busy the day I brought my car. Good place if you need warranty work on your Chevrolet.

I just bought my Honda Civic Sedan EX Special Edition from this dealership. The service was very helpful and explained everything in great detail. I chose this dealership because i wanted a car with good miles per gallon. They also had a lot of variety and a good selection of used cars.

In reguards to the Camaro below: said steering repairs were reccomended to the customer and Ted declined them. I just want to keep the records clear. Anybody lacking a spine can slander someone on the internet, but I feel Woodfield Chevrolet does a great job, especially when dealing with whining/complaining vehicle owners.

For my previous employment, I went to check out Woodfield Ford. The showroom was clean and there was a flock of salesmn at the front door when I pulled in. I said I wanted to look at a Mustang GT with the premium sound system and 5 speed manual.They had several to choose from. I asked several easy questions such as Horsepower, Torque, gear ratio and how many liters (2003 model) and he didn't know or said the wrong answer. He said they can only sell these at sticker because they were going fast. Knowing I went on a mid month and the redesigned model was coming the next year, most dealers were asking below sticker to get them off the lot. They were so insistant that I purchase that day, I told them I was only looking. Not a great experience.

Firestone gets their work done fast and efficiently plus they don't charge too much. Also, they always have coupons and different deals coming the papers so be sure to be checking for those. Other than that, they are really friendly and, if you want, they drop you off at home when you drop your car off to be fixed which is very convenient.
