Excellent service, They love dogs! 12/16/2006

I have been going to Wags for years now. My dog loves the atmosphere and always comes home in a good mood. Where other dog walkers/groomers treat their ""clients"" just as a meal ticket, Johnny and Ty truely take an interest in knowing and caring for the the dogs in their care. I recommend them to everyone who cares about their pet. You really get your moneys worth on the dog walking and overnight stays. I have used other kennels prior to WAGS and it takes my dog a week to forgive me when I get back to town. With Johnny and Ty she doesn't want to come home!! I highly recommend them!!! YOU WANT A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN GET EVERYTHING DONE FOR YOUR PET, THEN YOU WANT WAGS. THEY ARE FUN, CARING AND DO A GREAT BATH. Extremely disappointed 4/5/2006

I brought in my dog for a full service groom and even brought in a picture of how I'd like the groomer to cut his hair but it's as if they disregarded the picture I left with them because when I came back to pick up my dog, he was completely butchered! I came in with a maltese and went out with something else! Not to mention the haircut was all uneven. more

They are the most friendly people i have met. They love dogs and love their job. Johnny and Tyler have helped me out of situations when i thought i had no other choice. They watch my dog when i am away, walk my dog everyday, and have actually become friends through the process. They are wonderful! And anyone would be lucky to have their pet taken care of by them. Bring in a dog, take home a plucked chicken. Really substandard grooming, crowded with too many dogs. Yes, there are many groomers who charge more or are more uptight in their attitudes, but at least they do a decent job in better surroundings. more

Wags is incredible 8/16/2005

I have been taking my English Bulldog to Wags for almost a year. English Bulldogs are very stubborn, but Ty and Johnny have been tremendous with him. I recommend this place to all of my friends and family. more

i've been a pretty loyal customer until the last trip. i asked for a particular type of cut but didn't get it. i was also told that he'd be ready in a few hours and asked them to call once they were done. (i prefer this so he doesn't get dirty again from playing with ungroomed dogs.) since i had been running errands in the neighborhood, i dropped by when it closed in on the third hour. to my surprise he was done and running around amongst the cut fur/hair, urine, poo, etc. i wound up bathing him again once we got home. the haircut, btw, turned ou choppy and uneven. they will get my business again. Pros: located on a busy street so it's easy to pass time Cons: quality and service are inferior compared to other more

AWFUL 6/13/2005

i brought my dog in for a full groom. i took him in and my friend picked him up for me. when i got home he had shaved marks in his legs and in random places all over his body, also places where they hadn't trimmed at all. he was completely uneven. i was disgusted that they'd let him leave looking like this. i had to trim some places myself where they left untouched. and pretty much just wait for his hair to grow back in general for him to look even the least bit normal. it takes a lot for me to complain about something and i tend to always give the benefit of the doubt. so you can imagine for me to even write something like this, it has to be pretty bad. it was an awful experience and i would never recommend anyone to go there. more

Best Dog Connection in the City. 5/24/2005

My dog, Molly, is a rescued dog and came with some behavioral problems in the beginning. My connection with Johnny & Ty at first was limited to getting my Molly washed. As I saw their interaction with other dogs, I considered letting them ""try"" to take Molly out on walks with them. Wow did it pay off! Molly is now very sociable, loves to see Johnny and Ty (and Beau) and even lets them cut her nails!!! Ty really knows her dog nutrition and Johnny has become Molly's ""male figure."" I recommend this couple, their store, and all associated services they offer to ""true"" dog lovers. I'm sold!! Pros: Real Dog Lovers, Know their products, Very Helpful more

Don't leave your pet here! 2/21/2005

I had a very bad experience at wags. I brought my puppy in for her very 1st grooming. I specified that she get a scissor cut not a razor cut. They said they would call me when she was ready (about an hour). I called back at 3 hours and no one answered so I just went there to pick her up. The owner did not remember me and did not know who the puppy was from my description. It turns out that she was hiding under a cabinet crying because she was so scared. The haircut was awful and done against my wishes with a razor. I called later on that day and asked to get reimbursed for the $65 charge. The owner was extremely rude and yelled at me and refused to budge at all. He also said he would call back but never did. more

Dogs might be man's best friend, but you get a few extra human best friends the moment you walk into Wags. I could go on and on, but just stop by and you and your dog will find it hard to stay away. Pros: Friendly Staff, Unique Products, Variety of Dogs more

Johnny and Tyler (the owner's) as well as their entire staff are AMAZING! My dog has gone there since I first got him and he wouldn't be half the dog he is if it wasn't for Wags. They offer the best customer service out there and treat your dogs as if they were their own. Pros: friendly, great services, great people more
