On Top of the World 3/17/2006

The Top of the World Observation Tower lauds itself as being one of the tallest five-sided towers around, so how can you really compete with that? This tourist attraction is located right in the middle of the Inner Harbor's commercial district, so it will be impossible to miss. The view is great, but I enjoy the view of the city from the Water Taxi a bit more. Still, it's a pretty cheap activity and makes for great photographs. more

One of the best views in the City 8/17/2005

Top of the World is at the top of the World Trade Center Baltimore, which is situated on the edge of the Inner Harbor. Top of the World allows you to go to the top floor of the Trade Center and see the whole of Baltimore, as well as the Harbor. I would highly recommend doing this at night, as the night view of the Baltimore skyline is breathtaking. more

Top of the World is tops for me! 8/14/2005

There is no greater attraction in Baltimore than the Top of The World, yet it is overlooked by so many. Right smack in the middle of downtown, minutes from all the other attractions, you will find the World Trade Center Baltimore, and read the signs, you'll find admission for Top of the World. Into the elevator you go to be taken to the top floor of this high rise, where you will find windows all around to let you take in the sights of Baltimore from the raven's eye view (pardon the pun!) It's pretty breathtaking to be up there, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and looking out over the harbor. Definitely worth a stop on your next trip into Baltimore! more

a fun date activity! 8/3/2005

I have gone here several times, its so fun! If your downtown at the Inner Harbor stop by the World Trade center and take the Top of the World tour. i think it was $3 last time i went. You take the elevator to the top floor and walk around the top level and enjoy the view. I love it,its like climbing Federal Hill without the exertion and a better and wider view of the harbor. more

Great view but not much else 7/29/2005

The Top of the World is on the 27th floor of the World Trade Center at the Inner Harbor. It offers exceptional views of the city (except for those vantage points now blocked by the increasing numbers of tall parking structures and office buildings). It also includes some historical information about Baltimore's ongoing regentrification, but it is presented pretty blandly. Worth a stop if you have extra time and money while you're already at the harbor, but not a destination to take time for on its own. more
