Too many people, not enough one on one attention, and a crappy chairside manner put this dentist pretty high on my never again list! The name really kind of fits, go there, and you can save your smiles, because they won't be sending you out the door smiling.

Dr. Glass is a wonderful doctor who remembers that your treating a patient, not just a number or a name on a chart. Of course Dr. Glass is great for anyone, not just teens, but highly recommended by the women in my family for sure.

With an indoor ring as well as paddocks for riding, there's plenty of room to exercise and enjoy a ride. Special events for kids draw a little crowd, where at Halloween, the kids AND the horses get all dressed up for the party!

Another must do in Rehoboth Beach! This has become a tradition for my family, whenever we head to the beach, the first stop is Crystal's! They have delicious breakfasts...I'm sure their other food is good too, just never been up there for anything but the great breakfasts! It's an obvious favorite among locals and travelers, as I've never been there where they haven't had every table filled, but their prompt service keeps the tables flipping. We don't do the beach without doing Crystal's first and you shouldn't either!

This is one of my all time favorite restaurants for sure! My son and I decided to spend the day at the Harbor and wandered into the Captial City Brewing Company. At first I thought it was just a bar kind of place, but we were welcomed to a small table right by a window that allowed a very majestic view of the harbor and some of the attractions. The waitresses were friendly and accomodating, as my son was only about 3 on this first visit so we split a burger and they had no problem with this. Before I get to how yummy the burgers are, I'll say I've never been to a restaurant that brings you soft pretzels while you wait for your food. Big hit with my son for sure. The burger came (huge!) and it was de-lish! I LOVE a good burger, and this was a GOOD burger. On a more recent visit, we chose outdoor seating and that made it even better, a nice breeze, sitting overlooking the water, with good food..what more can you ask for?

This was without a doubt one of the most exciting and fun parts of our last trip to the ocean. We spend time in Delaware at Rehoboth every summer, and we decided to check out the Cape May-Lewes...
This was without a doubt one of the most exciting and fun parts of our last trip to the ocean. We spend time in Delaware at Rehoboth every summer, and we decided to check out the Cape May-Lewes Ferry. We left our car in Lewes and boarded the ferry although the car transport option is available. Timid watergoers on the way over, my family stayed in the lounge areas and watched the majestic views from there. We got to the other side and boarded the bus to go into the shopping district where we enjoyed lunch and some window shopping and then headed back to the ferry. This time, we all decided to get outdoor seats for the return trip. We didn't really need our seats, as we enjoyed the ride back so much, I don't think any of us sat the whole way. We spotted dolphins jumping along side of the boat, waved to passing pirate ships (another attraction in Lewes) and just had a blast! Definitely going to do this again!

The staff at Rocky Gorge makes it easy on their humans too, you don't always need an appointment, they are up to date on the latest in animal doctoring and they love animals, they're pet mommies and daddies too! The spacious waiting room is also a plus, in case your Fido doesn't like Sparky whose human is sitting next to you, you can keep him on the other side of the room. A great place for pets!

Ok, this has to be one of my favorite things we've done down at the Inner Harbor. Where else can you get a full workout while checking out the harbor from the water? And ok, where else can you do this while riding in a Dragon?? 'Chessie' is a great way to give the kids some downtime, not that they'll relax, because it's down right fun! You'll be securely fitted in life vests and then your chariot awaits you. Hop in and paddle your buns off while trying not to crash into the other boaters. Great fun for the whole family!
