Painting pottery is a great activity for all ages. I took my thirteen year old sister as well as my three and four year old neices, and everyone had a great time. There is a wide selection of different sized and shaped pottery to choose from, as well as many shades of paint and different paint brushes. The staff was very helpful, and helped the children with their paint.

A Good Yarn is the best shop if you want to learn a lot. There is a small selection of yarn, but it is all very carefully chosen. This shop offers the best selection of classes that I've ever seen. I learn something everytime I go, even if I am just stopping for a few minutes. I highly recommend their classes. They have a very homey atmostphere full of tips and tricks.

Falkenhan's is just what a hardware store should be. Whatever tool, implement, or doohickey you need, they will likely have it. And I love that I can just walk in and say "I need _____" and they will find it ASAP.

Wild Yam is a very unique boutique that sells a variety of homemade pottery--great if you need to give someone a nice gift. I think they tend to be a little bit expensive for my tastes, but in general their pieces are very nice...and probably worth the money if you're a pottery-o-phile. At the very least a nice place to stop by while browsing the wares of Hampden.

We had Trademark to do our kitchen and bath a few days ago. The owner of trademark's came out and told us all the possible ways and designs to get the kitchen and bath done. We are very happy with the price and with the great workmanship. Everything looks how we want, We recommend Trademark if you like to get done your kitchen or bath you will see a bless. Soon Trademark will do our deck cleaning and staining.

Good: I liked how quickly the called me back, and the same day service that they offered (they ended up sending someone over 2 days later, but that was because of me, not because of them). Bad: i guess he could have cleaned up after himself a little better. all in all it was fine, though. Improvements: none that i can think of! i was very happy with them. i'm leak free!.

I don’t know how Tomlinson Crafts stays in business, but they most have a very loyal fan-base. They sell very eclectic one-of-a-kind items. Their stained glass pieces are especially nice, and if I owned a home, I would definitely pick up some of their original pieces to decorate myself. Otherwise, it is a great place to pick up a house-warming gift or a nifty clock.

Me and my grandmother and three kids went here one weekend in October looking to try something new and exciting. We came back from the class and were hooked on clay and ceramic making. The class was very basic but loads of fun for all ages. Non profit organization that teached you to be artistic.

I've used Gordon's on numerous occasions and have been pleased every time. The personal service combined with professional integrity results in beautiful and fresh arrangements every time. My suggestion to you is to tell them exactly what you want (or don't want) in your bouquets ahead of time. Most of my dealings with Gordon's have been over the phone, so I bet the in-store service is just as good if not better.

We have been using M.T. Burns Plumbing for many years and can vouch for his work. He is honest and does very careful and thorough work. We've never had a problem with any of the work he's done in any of our houses over the years. He has installed a boiler, a water heater, added a radiator, and has done countless other smaller jobs. The only problem is that he runs late all the time. If he says he can start a job on Monday, it'll be more like Wednesday or Thursday before he gets there but he does always call to let you know that he'll be late. He just likes to talk a lot and he also works slowly but he charges by the job, not the hour, so you don't pay more. If you have a flexible schedule, he's great.
