Went to the store in January shopping for a ring and stone. Saw something of interest and agreed to put down a deposit. The sales receipt clearly said 'Fully Refundable'.\r \r My partner changed her mind about the selection and we cancelled the purchase and asked for a refund of the deposit. Keep in mind, it was only a deposit to hold the merchandise...we received nothing.\r \r The store gave me a receipt marked VOID and promised a refund back to the credit card...and that was five weeks ago! Really it doesn't take more than a week for a merchant credit to show up on the credit card account. I sent an email and received a phone call from Jonathan, promising prompt action and a phone call to confirm. That was over a week ago...still no refund and no phone call.\r \r If you buy here, make sure you're really happy with the item because their store promises of available refunds are long on intent and short on fulfillment.\r \r Buyer, beware...be very careful. I recommend shopping elsewhere. more

Went here to look at engagement rings. When we walked in Carl ran right up to us. I told him I was just looking and would let him kmow when I need something. I walked over to the first case and he came around and told me it was his job to escourt me. I told him I was fine, and he went on to tell me that he was just doing his job. I told him I did not think he was doing it very well and he told me I could leave. We went out the door and he followed us and again asked us what the problem was, as he was only doing his job. I told him I want to see the manager, and he said fine. We went back inside and down stairs. There was a group of employees hanging out around a bar. He started to talk to them and called us stupid. We went to leave and he said there was no manager in today. I can't believe this place. We went to leave and he followed us again to the door. I felt like I was in a bad Sopranos clip!! I don't know what this place is thinking, but I know there are lot's of jewelers in this town who would like my bussiness. Note to owner, check employees background before hiring anl little gweedo!!
