Extremely Awful 8/23/2017

WARNING! We lease a car and brought it off within two months in the same year. 2 years later DMV states our sale tax was never paid and there is 2 title and license to the car. DMV has fees against the car and Toyota Financial has not been able to resolve it regardless of our numerous visits to the dealership! Clearly, Toyota doesn't care once we paid off the car and they got $$$ and NOT their customers! We have purchased many cars but never had this happen to us. Be Careful and Aware of Toyota! more

Great place for Toyota maintenance 8/16/2005

I have an irrational need to stick with dealer garages to insure I get "authorized" service. That being said, I've had nothing but positive experiences going to San Francisco Toyota to service my Prius. They actually answer their phone and everyone I've dealt with is very professional. The service is always finished on time. I had a bad experience getting my car serviced at another dealer (where I actually bought the car) so I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service from SF Toyota. I usualy go to the Geary and Spruce location, which can be a bit tough getting to, but the people there are really nice. more

San Francisco Toyota 7/15/2005

I had to go to San Francisco Toyota dealership with my car. THere's a long wait to get attended to. Then I waited for 30 mins for a shuttle to drop me off to my work. They told me I should know a diagnosis by 1 pm. They called back 1.5 hrs later. eventually fixed the car but said the shuttle could pick me up earliest 1.5 hrs from then. Overall, San Francisco Toyota is experience and was not very user friendly as there's a wait for eveything, although they fixed my car. I would not recomend San Francisco Toyota but it is up to you to decide! more
