Painted Bird specializes on painting cars. They do a great job too - I had left my car with them and they matched the color of my car and literally "erased" all the scratches from it and I was able to sell it for much more then I anticipated.
The prices at Painted Bird are also decent. They don't charge you an arm and a leg - they are fare on all prices.
Their location is really convinient. You can drop off your car, have a nice lunch in the area and buy groceries at local produce markets.

Location is perfect as well - 9th Ave is the place to hang out while your car is getting serviced - you can grab a Starbucks coffee and buy yourself an outfit at Luba's boutique.
I highly recomend Pierre's Auto Body & Paint Shp and I myself use it all the time for my car repairs.

I have personally worked with 2 of them to scetch out the designs of my new home and the home turned out beautifully after it was finished.

They are conviniently lcoated in a very light and not congested street - Pennsylvania.
The service is great - people are friendly. Machines used for printing are new and produce great quality prints.
Prices are decent - not the lowest but not the highest.

Sing Lee Laundry is the best Laundry place in town. They have lots of washers and dryers. The machines are not overpriced - $1 for a normal load of wash and $0.75 for a normal load in a dryer. There is also a person working there who will do the washing and folding for you - for a nominal fee.
Parking is also not terrible around the Sing Lee Laundry - you can usually find a place within 10 minutes of looking - but on foot is the best way to get to Sing Lee Laundry.
