Largest Bike collection on the island 12/31/2005

McCully Bike and sporting goods is really focused on selling bikes as their other sporting good products are very limited. They sell some shoes and slippers and minimum products for baseball, basketball, tennis, etc. You will probably have better luck going to Sports Authority. However, if you are a biker, you'll love shopping at McCully bikes as they have every bicycling item you can want or need. more

Convenient 9/1/2005

This is a great store for camping supplies. They sell camping supplies upstairs on their second floor. A customer can also order camping supplies through McCully Bicycle & Sporting Goods. They also carry a large inventory of high quality leisure and racing bicycles. more

Bikes and Other Stuff Too! 8/21/2005

Tried and true, I have gone to McCully Bicycle for all of my sporting goods. Whether it be a bike, racquetball racquet, swimming equipment, or camping gear, McCully has it. When they did not have the stuff that I was looking for, they were willing to special order my gear in a very short time frame. There is lots of free parking and a friendly staff. more

More than bikes! 8/20/2005

McCully Bicycle has been around for seems to be forever. I recall going to "Busters" in Waipahu which I believe to be the beginning of McCully bicycle, my first real BMX bike was a "Cook Bros." if any of you are old enough to remember the name. If I am not mistaken the both are the same family. McCully bicycle has a large assortment of sporting goods which include fishing supplies, road bikes, off-road bikes. I actually purchased two off-road bikes with dual suspension several years ago. They are still hanging in my garage today! At the time they were the best value I could get, even compared to the big box retailers. Pretty good parking up on the roof. more

One stop for your athletic needs 8/8/2005

Right across the street from the McCully Library is McCully Bike Shop (McCully Bicycle & Sporting Goods). This is my favorite place to shop for every athletic need, whether it be clothing, shoes, sporting goods and even advice! My aunty first took me to this shop probably about 20 years ago and I like the fact that they are locally owned and have personal customer service. The ramp is a little steep to drive up but as a little kid, I enjoyed the drive down. :) more

Decent Place 8/6/2005

The store is located right across from McCully library on King Street. It has ample parking on the roof. Inside you will find a wide range of sporting goods from athletic shoes and apparel. Despite it being a bike store, the bikes are rather expensive. If you’re just looking for a cheap bike, stick with K-Mart or Wal-Mart. more

great customer service; reasonable prices 8/4/2005

McCully Bicycle & Sporting Goods is a great place to pick up all sorts of sports gear – tennis rackets, sports wear, basketballs, baseball bats, shoes, etc., all for rather reasonable prices. The prices here are better than the ones at Sports Authority, although the selection isn’t as good as Sports Authority, obviously. I play competitive tennis, and McCully Bicycle and Goods always has everything I need – tennis racquets, balls, bags, clothing, grips, and even helps you to string your racquet at a decent price ($7 per stringing, although you must purchase your own strings). The personnel there are also very customer-friendly, knowledgeable, and able to advise you on your choices. more

Not just Bikes Sold Here 7/10/2005

McCully Bike carries a lot more that just bikes. Many team sports, swimming, tennis, running shoes, dive gear, fishing gear, clothing, etc can also be found at this small store with good parking in a convenient location. The prices are average, but they do have a good selection, especially in bike parts. They carry high end upgrades for your bike & have good mechanics as well. They are a good all around store for the regular athlete. more
