By far, the most expernsive and the best meal of our tip. You choose if you want 3, 4 or 5 course meals. You begin with a glass of Champagne (Lanson) and a tidbit (we had a small popover filled with a salmon moose.) We had an assortment of appetizers ($$ extra). My wife had the crispy skinned Onaga while I had the bouillabase. For dessert we had a banana souffle. Each and every dish was spot on. Worth every penny. For the 2 of us with a bottle of wine the bill was over $390 with tip) I only wish the wine list had more Alsatian wines.
Pros: Superb Food, Great View
Cons: Splurge Prices; Men Need Coat or Long Sleeve Shirt

This is my favorite place for a brunch buffet. The food is absolutely the best and very deliscious. It has a very nice ambience and everything tastes good. However, it is limited to the military so you have to have connections. Still its a wonderful place and the hotel is equally nice.

What a perfect place! A simply beautiful resort hidden deep in the Kahala/Hawaii Kai area. I had occasion to experience it a few times and each time was a pleasure. I dined at the Plumeria Cafe and the food was delicious. Quality, exception presentation and service. And the maitais are super strong! I'll need to save up some more money for my next trip there. I heard the Orchids Rest. is awesome too.

More
The Executive Centre is the only business hotel situation right in the middle of downtown Honolulu. It is reasonably priced and you can walk to anywhere in downtown Honolulu with in 5 minutes or less. In fact, unless you want to go out at night, you don't even need a rental car. Just catch a taxi from the airport which will cost under $20.

I was staying at the Waikiki Beachside Hostel for about one week. Everyone was exceptional and professional. I am 58 years of age and my husband is 59. The days were very interesting and met a lot of foreigners from all over the globe. The staff was so nice and always show courtesy, and professionalism about the hostel and also where to go for something to eat, go back to the airport and which is the cheapest way of doing just about anything. The knowledge of the staff members were very wonderful and so enthusiastic. My stay was world class and will return back to the hostel whenever I come back to Honolulu. Yes I would recommend anyone to come to the hostel.Aloha and mahalo, Lillian Cline and family
