They are also friendly and upfront about what they can do. I enjoy working with them and hope to do more business with them in the future. Give them a shot, you'll be surprised and appreciate the customer service other appraisal companies don't provide.

Assist to Sell offers the same services you get with an regular agent at a fraction of the cost. Call them before you sign up with a regular agent & they can explain how the flat fee replaces the commission. You can even try it briefly with a short contract. In todays market it just doesn't make sense wasting your money on a sales side commission - but do be prepared to pay a commission to the buyer's agent (the standard is 3% to buyers agent).

I would recommend this company. After using another (expensive) storage company in Honolulu for a number of years my neighbor had a pod delivered and I got more info. After researching everything I decided to transfer my stuff out of my old storage unit -- which was a hassle. But now I am saving money and I plan to continue to use pods. They are a solid company -- never a problem getting to my things -- and I got a great deal -- 2 free months because I signed up for long term storage. Just make sure to call the local number because they didn't tell me about it when I called the 800 number. They were also offering some short term deals as well.
